New housing opportunities on Termikgatan in Örebro
Södra Ladugårdsängen in Örebro is home to Segelflygaren, a brand new residential area that used to be the city's airport where glider pilots often began their flights above the city. Here, Slättö has built 217 rental apartments, from space-efficient one-bedroom apartments to larger four-bedroom apartments for families with children. Modern and fully equipped apartments
The modern apartments on Termikgatan in Örebro come in sizes to suit everyone. From cozy studios of 30 square meters to larger apartments with four rooms and a kitchen of about 90 square meters. Common to all apartments is that they have either an apartment or a patio where you can enjoy the sun. All dry rooms have beautiful parquet floors and the bathrooms are fully tiled with both washing machine and dryer.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an energy-efficient dishwasher and convection oven for cooking and baking. In the property, tenants have access to spacious storage rooms and stroller rooms. Outside the apartments there is both bicycle parking and a garage where you can rent one of 77 available parking spaces. Örebro is a relatively small city and you can get virtually everywhere by bike.
In the courtyard, Slättö has built a communal greenhouse where tenants have the opportunity to live on as locally grown vegetables as possible. Having a nice place for neighbors to gather creates a community that leads to new friends and more social interaction.
Segelflygaren Örebro - A new residential area close to town
Only two kilometers from central Örebro is Termikgatan, where Slättö's new block Segelflygaren offers tenants modern accommodation close to nature, just a stone's throw from the city center. In the area there are plenty of nice walking paths and bike paths that take you into the city. At Södra Ladugårdsängen there are currently about 3,000 new homes, in several different housing types, and the area has quickly developed into an attractive neighborhood.
There are five preschools, a primary school for grades F-6, a secondary school and Tullängsskolan high school. Örebro University is about 4 km away and is easy to get to by both bike and bus. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate living near Sörbyskogen where you can jog on several exercise trails.
Adjacent to Södra Ladugårdsängen is the Gustavsvik water park and Karlsdal riding school. Segelflygaren is also close to Sörbybacken's activity center with, among other things, an outdoor gym, high-altitude course and football golf. Friskis & Svettis has a gym within walking distance of Segelflygaren. Södra Örebro is a perfect place to live for families where both children and adults are active.
