On Trädgårdsgatan in central Malmköping, with all necessary services around the corner, you will find Floradal. It consists of 37 newly produced rental apartments with open spaces and generous amounts of light in two residential buildings: Azalean (House A) and Begonian (House B). Each building has three floors and the majority of the apartments also have a balcony or terrace where you can enjoy the lovely evening sun. Families with children, couples and singles can live and thrive here.

The place of choice
Malmköping is Flen municipality's second largest urban area and a picturesque commercial and tourist town with an interesting history. There are pre-schools, primary, middle and secondary schools, day care centers and recreational centers, as well as facilities such as a medical center, dentist, retirement home, pharmacy, library, bank, grocery stores, specialty stores, restaurants, hotels, system companies and charging stations for electric cars.
Every year two big markets are organized, Gammaldags Malmköpings Marknad and Malma Marken, which is a big event and attracts curious visitors. Malmköping is also home to the Swedish Tramway Museum.
Malmköping is a popular tourist town and also the municipality's tourist center. There are activities for young and old, all year round. Five minutes walk from the center is Hosjön with swimming, sandy beach, piers and diving tower, barbecue area, beach volleyball court and adventure golf course. Right next door is a four-star year-round open campsite. The Sörmland Trail passes next to the campsite and attracts hiking enthusiasts in droves.
The sports scene in Malmköping is strong and includes football, floorball, gymnastics and tennis. And in the summer you can play boules on your own or in an organized form. And in winter, Malmabacken opens its doors and offers wonderful downhill skiing with lifts and several slopes.
A place steeped in history
Malmköping breathes history. The Malmahed museum shows the military era, the history and archaeology of the town, and Malma Hed's time as a gymnastics and children's camp. The heritage reserve consists of the two farms Malma Rusthåll and Kronolänsmansbostället. Here you will find Sörmland's soldier register with facts about the servants who were attached to the regiment.
