How long do I have to wait for an answer?

You will normally receive a reply within 24 hours. We are occasionally under pressure and unfortunately cannot provide an exact response time at such times. If you have not heard anything within 5 working days, please check your spam inbox or contact us again at uthyrning@slatto.se.

What should I do if I discover pests in my apartment?

We usually use external experts for pests in our properties. If you discover pests in your home, you must immediately contact service notification. Pests can easily and quickly spread to other apartments in the building and become a major problem for many residents.

Where do I go as a tenant if something breaks?

If something breaks in your apartment, you see something broken in the house or in the yard, contact the service notification immediately. Service notification can be found here.
