Outdoor and family life
The two apartment buildings on the Jakobsberg property contain a total of 126 rental apartments. Parking in a garage under the buildings with 38 parking spaces has an entrance in the southern part of the property and from the garage the apartments are accessed via 5 staircases with elevators. The two buildings form two quiet courtyards where one courtyard is developed for cultivation and the other for play. The preschool to be developed on the adjacent property in the west is planned to be completed in 2024. Next to the property, a footpath runs in a northerly direction into the nature area, which 50 meters from the property passes the coming bridge to Barkarby Handelsplats.

Our apartments are available in sizes to suit everyone. From cozy studios of 36 square meters to larger five rooms and kitchens of about 112 square meters. Common to all apartments is the wonderful light through windows and in most apartments a nice balcony / patio. The floors of the apartments consist of a nice three-strip parquet and white painted walls and ceilings.
Kitchen
The kitchens have a modern touch with fine carpentry in white color and mechanical equipment in the form of dishwasher, microwave, stove with induction hob / oven, fridge / freezer and cooker hood. On the floor in the kitchen, the parquet is found on the floor for a nice overall feeling in the apartment and bright white painted walls.
Bathroom
The apartments' bathrooms are fully tiled with white walls and a nice gray shade on the floor that breaks off. Plenty of storage in the form of a commode with associated mirror cabinet. The bathroom also contains a shower, WC, washing machine and dryer.
