The place of choice
If you are planning a move to or within Norrköping, it is a good idea to get to know the different areas of the city. It may be a smaller city in terms of area, but Norrköping has a good variety among its different neighborhoods. Below you will find which areas we have properties in right now.
Areas of Norrköping
Kneippers
A popular area with a mix of villas and apartment buildings. Here are lush walking paths with beautiful environments. Motala Ström is just around the corner. Kneippen offers a quiet and safe environment and you can easily get to the center and train station by bike or tram.
North
Norr, also called "Nordantill", borders Motala Ström and is centrally located next to Norra Promenaden and Drottninggatan. Here you live centrally with proximity to services, nightlife, campus, train station and the rest of the city center. Green areas are also nearby, such as Folkparken.
Haga
Haga is a neighborhood in the northwestern part of Norrköping and borders Enebymo, Marielund, Ingelsta, Lagerlunda and Himmelstalund. Haga offers a quiet residential area with lots of greenery around it. You can easily get to the center of Norrköping by bike, bus or tram.
Oxelbergs
On the border of Östra Promenaden you will find Oxelbergen. The area also borders Ljura, Sylten and Risängen. Oxelbergen offers a lot of greenery where you live quietly and safely with bicycle and walking distance to Norrköping city.
City
In the City district, also called "Berget", you live centrally with schools, preschools, restaurants and other services just a stone's throw away. Here you are also close to Idrottsparkens public parties where "Peking" has its home ground.
South
At the southern end of Drottninggatan you will find the district Söder. Here you will find the City Library and Norrköping Art Museum along Södra promenaden, among other things. In Söder you live with lovely greenery around you through the parks Vasaparken and Nelinsparken, but still in a central location.
