Stefan Glevén

The President

Stefan Glevén has a background as senior partner at the global private equity firm EQT where he worked for 15 years, including as Head of Nordics and Head of North America at EQT Infrastructure. During his time at EQT, Stefan was involved in over 30 acquisitions, was responsible for 20 portfolio companies and co-founded EQT Infrastructure. Prior to that, Stefan worked in M&A, corporate venture capital and financial services at ABB.

Georg Ehrnrooth

Georg Ehrnrooth is Chairman of the Board of eQ Plc and of the indirectly owned investment companies Geveles Ab, Topsin Investments S.A. and Fennogens Investments S.A. The investment companies are active owners of listed and unlisted companies such as eQ Group Plc and Caverion Plc. Georg is also a board member of Sampo plc, Paavo Nurmi Foundation, Anders Wall Foundation and Chairman of the Louise and Göran Ehrnrooth Foundation.

Ann Grevelius

Ann Grevelius has over 25 years of experience from the banking and finance sector and is now active in Fintech and asset management through various assignments. She is chairman of Opti and the Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research's investment committee and a board member of Alecta, Carneo, Halvarsson & Hallvarsson Group, TR European Growth, OX2 and Fastighets AB Stenvalvet.

Ann has a degree in economics from Uppsala University.

Jan Litborn

Jan Litborn specializes in M&A, corporate and securities law. Jan has many years of experience of transactions in the real estate, retail and life science industries. Jan also has long and meritorious experience of board assignments and corporate governance issues in both listed companies and owner-managed companies.

Since the early 1990s, he has handled qualified assignments in the real estate, banking and financial sectors.

Jan Litborn is independent in relation to the company, management and major shareholders.

Jan holds a law degree from Stockholm University.

Magnus Meyer

Member

Magnus Meyer, CEO of WSP Europe, was previously CEO of the Tengbom Group and has held leading positions within GE Real Estate and the Ljungberg Group. Magnus is a board member of Vasakronan, HiQ and Kinnarps and has previously held several board assignments in Kungsleden, Aberdeen Asset Management and Hemsö.

Magnus Meyer is independent in relation to the company, management and major shareholders.

Magnus has a degree in civil engineering and a licentiate degree in technology.

The audit firm Ernst & Young, with Mikael Ikonen as auditor in charge, is the company's external auditor. The auditor reviews, among other things, the accounts on which the annual report of the funds is based.
