You pay your rent in advance according to your rental agreement. This means that as a new tenant, you will often pay your rent before you collect your keys. The welcome information you receive from us when you sign your tenancy agreement will tell you how to get your rent vouchers and how to pay them. Non-payment or late payment of rent can lead to debt collection and additional costs. We do not issue payment reminders.
As a tenant, you are fully responsible for your rent payments under your rental agreement. The terms of payment are set out in your rental agreement.

For most of our bank giro accounts, there is Autogiro connected to Newsec, which handles our financial management. See below for instructions on how to do this.
When applying for Autogiro during an ongoing quarter, the first draw will be able to take place from the next quarter's monthly rent.
