In the expansive and attractive area of Södra Ladugårdsängen, the new Autogyron project is emerging. Near the project there is Örebro Golf City & Country Club, Örebro University, shopping center, health center, childcare and gym. The aim of the project is to contribute to the creation of a green and active urban district with high-quality everyday architecture. Södra Ladugårdsängen

Södra Ladugårdsängen has been designed as an urban district for walking and cycling. In the interior of the area, pedestrian areas are mixed with car-free routes, winding paths and exercise trails. The flow of passing cyclists, pedestrians and motorists on the surrounding main streets is used to create a basis for trade and other activities along the streets.
