Slättö strengthens the management organization
Slättö has recruited Hélène Wersäll-Dahlen to the role of Head of Leasing and Customer Service and Roger Sjöstedt to the role of Head of Property Management. Wersäll-Dahlen and Sjöstedt will focus on developing Slättö's customer-oriented management model and strengthening the company's technical management with a particular focus on energy and digitalization issues.
Hélène Wersäll-Dahlen comes most recently from a position as Head of Real Estate at Newsec, where she has been responsible for one of the company's major portfolios since 2019, containing both residential and commercial premises. She has also been responsible for finance and management in the role of business area manager at HSB between 2013-2019.

Roger Sjöstedt has worked as a regional manager at Heimstaden since 2016 and has also managed properties in-house since 2009.

With my experience, I will contribute to the continued development and refinement of Slättö's property portfolio with a focus on our operational and digitization issues, which together will contribute to a management at the forefront, says Roger Sjöstedt.
