In the event of, for example, water damage, it is very important that you, as a tenant, report the damage immediately to us through a service notification here or by calling the emergency service if it happens during the evening/weekend, the number for the emergency service is posted in your stairwell. Make sure to also contact your insurance company and inform them of the damage that has occurred.
