To ensure that nothing is broken or that abnormal wear and tear has occurred, we always carry out preliminary and final inspections for terminated leases. We also do this primarily so that you as a tenant can get an early indication at the pre-inspection if there is anything you need to fix in order not to be liable for repayment after moving out.
