In Norra Munktellstaden, we are developing the Gjuteriet block with well-planned and homely rental apartments. The district has developed from an old industrial area to a modern residential area. The district has evolved from an old industrial area to a modern district with a new swimming pool, a new arena and new housing.
Shared vision
Magnolia Bostad and Slättö have a common vision. To create attractive housing with a focus on sustainability, for small and large families. Therefore, we have started a joint company that together will develop attractive rental apartments and community properties in Sweden's growth areas. Many of the houses are built in wood and all are eco-labeled - with consideration for both people and the environment.
