Can I grill on my balcony/patio?

Grilling on your balcony is often requested by many tenants and is a pleasant activity to do, however, it can entail risks and disturbances for others in the building and the surrounding environment. We usually allow you as a tenant to use an electric grill on our balconies provided that that it is done with due consideration for neighbors, does not cause damage to the property or does not cause any disturbance. In the event that we receive disturbances from other residents as a result of grilling, we may have to ask you to stop.
